Vincent Fortunato, Ph.D., Chief Scientist

vince Dr. Fortunato is an Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychologist who specializes in organizational behavior, motivation, job attitudes, stress, and well-being in the workplace, as well as psychometric theory and personality measurement. He is Chief Scientist at MindTime Inc., and a workshop facilitator/consultant for MindTime Inc.'s training subsidiary, MindTime Business llc. Prior to co-founding MindTime Inc., Dr. Fortunato was Training Director for the I/O Ph.D. program and Associate Professor at the University of Southern Mississippi and the Director of the Center for Applied Psychological Research in I/O Psychology at Boise State University. He has spent the last several years co-developing and validating the GPS for the Mind™ survey questions and continues to explore scientific and applied research questions with John involving the Theory of MindTime™. Dr. Fortunato has published numerous articles in psychology and management journals. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management. He is also a Zen Buddhist practitioner and a student of Aikido.
