About John Furey


John Furey founded the MindTime Project in 1997 to explore his deep interest in human thinking more formally. He worked with scientists, thought leaders, psychologists, and management experts to develop MindTime, a unique and scientifically validated theory of individual differences. He has authored two books, co-authored several scientific papers and spoken to business and academic audiences in the United States, Europe and Australia. He has consulted with The Nature Conservancy, the Royal Bank of Canada, Merrill Lynch, Hewlett Packard, and many other organizations. He was raised in Switzerland and educated in England. He lived in Africa for a number of years before moving to the United States and becoming a pioneer in the field of management consulting.
